
Toronto Condo Prices by Subway Station
A new study has revealed the varying price of condominium units along the TTC subway line.
The city’s top five least expensive areas by station can be found in the east end. Kennedy station has the lowest average price per square foot at $450. Alternatively, the most expensive area by a TTC subway stop is Bloor-Yonge at $1,151 per square foot.
Good deals can be found in the North York area along the Sheppard subway line, as well as the closer you get to Kipling station in Etobicoke.
In the west end (from Kipling to Dundas West), areas by TTC subway stops ranked as follows:
Kipling: $663/sq.ft.
Islington: $735/sq.ft.
Royal York: $874/sq.ft.
Old Mill: $1,031/sq.ft.
Jane: $1,055/sq.ft.
Runnymede: $941/sq.ft.
High Park: $892/sq.ft.
Keele: $922/sq.ft.
Dundas West: $908/sq.ft.
The study is based on 12 months of sales data. Each station is approximately 850 metres radius between stops.
