My first foray into real estate began as an agent support coordinator at an Etobicoke brokerage to help pay for university. After graduating with a BA, I earned a diploma in journalism and landed a job at a newspaper in the neighbourhood within which I lived — Bloor West Village. While I loved covering the local beat, I moved to Vancouver, lured by the city’s natural beauty and potential work prospects. There, I commenced my more than 10-year career reporting on various aspects of the real estate industry as a senior-level editor for multiple market-leading magazines. With time, I returned to Toronto (there’s nothing quite like living in the Six), where I honed my skills to become a qualified expert in another field (interior design) and put down permanent roots in Etobicoke. I have resided in the community for a decade now, owing to the fact it’s the perfect place to raise my two kids and nurture my interior design and decorating business, Beaubelle Design.
As my little ones have grown, so, too, have my personal aspirations. An avid learner, real estate offered the ideal opportunity to combine my original involvement in the industry with the vast knowledge gained as a journalist and my interior design expertise, making the profession a natural pursuit. Now, instead of solely reporting on industry-related news, I’m helping others write their real estate story.
My clients, like family, are my first priority. I’m committed to building long-lasting and meaningful relationships by working diligently on their behalf, through my personalized and refreshing approach to home buying and selling, and being nothing other than my authentic self.
