I provide one-on-one service and will always do my best to schedule private property tours (and, subsequently, home inspections, appraisals and any additional walk-throughs) when it’s most convenient for you. More importantly, I am available as often as possible to answer your questions via phone, text or email, so you are armed with the right knowledge to ensure success in the home-buying process. Further, I will not dually represent you and the seller or another buyer in the same real estate transaction.

I’m a journalist-turned-Realtor who has spent much of my 13-year career covering the real estate management industry. Knowledge gained from my experience gives me a unique perspective and yields you a competitive advantage. I have my finger on the pulse of the local and national real estate markets, and a knack for research that ensures you’ll be kept up-to-date on properties that meet your criteria, including brand new listings, newly price-reduced homes, power of sales, private sales and deals that have fallen through, as well as some properties that may not yet be actively for sale but will be soon. My strong analysis skills also enable me to effectively comb through data on pricing, trends and properties, so you won’t unknowingly pay too much.
Integrity is the cornerstone of a journalist’s credibility and it is a core principle that guides my career as a Realtor. I won’t treat you like a transaction as I’m not in the real estate world to make a quick sale. Instead, I’m here to navigate you through what can be an exciting yet confusing and complicated process. You can trust I’ll always be forthright and that you will be armed with the right information obtained through due diligence and extensive groundwork, so you can make decisions without fear or regret. If you ever feel I’m not the right person for the job and I can’t satisfactorily prove otherwise, I will release you from our contract.
As a professional interior designer and decorator, too, with my own boutique firm, I can help you see past an owner’s personal tastes, style, belongings and even clutter to a home’s true potential. During property tours, I’ll point out potential cosmetic upgrades as well as possible investment opportunities to increase the value of the home. Plus, we can continue working together following your purchase for a seamless renovation experience.
I strive to build strong relationships that last long after your property purchase as I’m personally vested in you. Once we’ve found the right home, whether for investment purposes, short-term living or a long time stay, and the sale has gone through, I will provide a complimentary two-hour design consultation to be used as you see fit. We can discuss a specific project in detail, furniture layout to optimize functionality, how to create a cohesive colour flow throughout your home or I can answer your design-related questions — whatever you desire. If you’ve purchased a pre-construction condo or home in a new development, I will happily join you at the builder’s design centre to help you select the features and finishes that will make your home uniquely yours.
