Project Highlights

Reina, which means ‘queen’ in Spanish, is a nine-storey condominium by the first all-female real estate development team in Canada. Made of white brick and glass, the 197-unit building will be a welcome addition to one of Etobicoke’s more family-friendly urban communities, Stonegate-Queensway, when completed in 2023.

Suites, ranging in size from one-bedroom to three-bedroom plus den, boast minimum 9-foot high ceilings, wide plank laminate floors, and open-concept kitchens with engineered stone countertops  and backsplash, fully integrated fridge and dishwasher, and spacious built-in pantry. Ground level live-work suites are designed for multigenerational living. They include two entrances, a full-sized kitchen and a smaller kitchenette, making them the ideal space for families with adolescent children or aging parents.

The amenity space at Reina has been designed to be 25% larger than what the City of Toronto requires. It includes a gym, yoga room, library, games room, kids playroom, community room for all hosting needs, and more. Other notable property features are the dedicated stroller parking located on almost all floors, electric car charging stations, a 6,500-square-foot south-facing exterior courtyard with a series of barbecues, dining ‘harvest tables,’ shared outdoor workstations and a children’s play area, and approximately 5,400 square feet of street level retail space.
